Ingredients
Β½ cup unsalted butter
Β½ cup flour
6 oz Strawberry Jello Mix
5 ΒΌ oz Vanilla Jello Pudding
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
In a bowl add in 1/4 cup of unsalted room temperature butter, 1/4 cup of flour, and 6 oz Strawberry Jello Mix. Combine all of these ingredients using a fork to mush them together. It should come out like a sand-like consistency.
Step 3
In another bowl add in 1/4 cup of unsalted room temperature butter, 1/4 cup of flour, and 5.1 oz of Vanilla Jello Pudding Mix. Combine all of these ingredients using a fork to mush them together. It should come out like a sand-like consistency.
Step 4
Add parchment paper to a baking tray and dump the vanilla and strawberry mix. Make sure everything is laying evenly.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 7 minutes. Then let it cool down for an hour so it can harden.
Step 6
Crumble the topping together using your hands or blend in a food processor.
Step 7
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up-to two weeks. You can store it in the freezer for up to 3 months.
