Ingredients

4 flour tortillas

2 tablespoons good olive oil

2 - 3 teaspoons za'atar seasoning I love Portland Salt Co brand

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees

Step 2

Cut the flour tortillas into triangles and spread them out on a baking sheet.

Step 3

Drizzle with olive oil and za’atar seasoning (I love @portlandsaltco) and then BAKE at 350 for about 10 minutes or until lightly crispy.

Step 4

Sprinkle with additional za'atar and sea salt as you like. Serve with your favorite Mediterranean dips or use in nachos instead of regular tortilla chips.
