A simple but delicious little chip perfectly seasoned with my favorite za'atar seasoning from Portland Salt Co. 

Za'atar Chips

Cut the flour tortillas into triangles and spread them out on a baking sheet. 

Drizzle with olive oil and za’atar seasoning (I love @portlandsaltco) and then BAKE at 350 for about 10 minutes or until lightly crispy.

Sprinkle with additional za'atar and sea salt as you like. Serve with your favorite Mediterranean dips or use in nachos instead of regular tortilla chips.
