Ingredients
1 (16 ounce) package JENNIE O Ground Turkey
1 (16 ounce) package JENNIE O Hot Italian Turkey Sausage
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
1 (8 ounce) can Rotel tomatoes & chilis
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 cup half and half
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
½ cup parmigiana reggiano
8 - 12 ounces Cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
1 medium onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
Salt
pepper
Juanitas chips, crackers and veggies on the side
Directions
Step 1
Preheat a skillet over medium heat on the stove. Add oil, the onion and ground turkey to the hot pan and crumble it up as it browns. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Step 2
Transfer the turkey to a glass bowl and add the cream cheese, sour cream, half the rotel tomatoes, the cheddar cheese, parmesan, half and half, garlic, and stir until creamy.
Step 3
Transfer the dip to a baking safe dish like this pretty pie dish I got at Anthropoligie and add the mozzarella cheese to the top.
Step 4
Bake at 375 for 25 minutes then remove from the oven and broil for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Serve warm with chips, crackers, and veggies on the side!
