An incredibly savory baked cheese dish that you are going to love! Not only it simple and comes together very quickly, baking the feta mellows out the sharp tanginess and creates the most luscious spreadable cheesy goodness. 

Tomato & Mushroom Baked Feta

Put the feta block in the center of a ceramic baking dish. Top and surround with the tomatoes on the vine, grape tomatoes, mushrooms, shallot, garlic, scallions, cilantro, and plenty of olive oil.

Bake for 15 minutes, or until the tomatoes are slightly browned and wilted.

Serve with crostini or flatbread crackers
