A simple and comforting baked feta dish you can serve with crusty bread and crackers for a delicious appetizer or quick dinner for 2!

Tomatillo Baked Feta 

Place your block of feta cheese in your baking dish and top with the tomatillo salsa, tomatoes, scallions, and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. 

Serve with bread and crackers right after baking!
