8 oz greek feta cheese
4 oz cherry grape tomatoes, sliced in half
2 scallions, trimmed and sliced
1 - 2 tablespoons Durant Jalapeno fuzed olive oil drizzle
½ cup fresh homemade tomatillo salsa
Rosemary croccatini crackers
Place your block of feta cheese in your baking dish and top with the tomatillo salsa, tomatoes, scallions, and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with bread and crackers right after baking!
