Savory and a little spicy this warm cheese dish is so addicting! Tangy sun-dried tomato feta cheese is topped with sweet onions, mild cherry peppers, garlic-stuffed olives and baked until spreadable! 

Sweet Onion Baked Feta

Place your feta cheese in the middle of a baking dish. Top it with a bit of olive oil. 

Later on the onions, tomatoes, olives, peppers, more olive oil, the dried herbs plus salt and pepper 

Bake at 400 for about 25 minutes until the onions and tomatoes are lightly browned . 

Serve with warm buttery crostini, veggies or crackers, or toss with your favorite pasta!
