Here’s a sweet and savory Vidalia Onion Baked Brie that you are going to absolutely love! Serve straight off your sheet pan for a quick dinner (*ahem) with a little crostini or those yummy fruit & nut crackers & tonssss of honey of course! 

Sweet Onion Baked Brie

In a non-stick cast iron skillet prepare the caramelized onions —> simply slice them thin and sauté with the butter or olive oil and salt until they turn a caramel color… use a bit of water to break them up as they’re cooking if they start to stick a bit. 

Arrange the Brie on a baking sheet and score the top with a paring knife

Top it with the fruit spread, onions, olive oil, salt and pepper

Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes until melty and insane

olive oil or butter (for caramelizing the onions)
