Ingredients

8 oz brie wedge or wheel

2 Vidalia onions, thinly sliced

2 ½ tablespoons olive oil or butter (for caramelizing the onions)

2 ½ tablespoons water (for the onions)

Rosemary honey @naturacentric

2 tablespoons of any berry fruit spread

Salt and pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a non-stick cast iron skillet prepare the caramelized onions —> simply slice them thin and sauté with the butter or olive oil and salt until they turn a caramel color… use a bit of water to break them up as they’re cooking if they start to stick a bit.

Step 2

Arrange the Brie on a baking sheet and score the top with a paring knife

Step 3

Top it with the fruit spread, onions, olive oil, salt and pepper

Step 4

Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes until melty and insane
