I’m super excited to share this beautiful winter salad from last year’s holiday lineup since it’s gonna be in my COOKBOOK! 😱 It features Cranberry Goat Cheese “stars” that are super easy to make! Here’s how 👉🏼

Stars & Cranberries Winter Salad

In a glass bowl, gently soften the goat cheese in thmicrowave for 30 to 60 seconds.

Spread the cheese into a thin layer on a cutting board

Freeze for 5-10 minutes then cut out the stars with a cookie cutter

Assemble your salad by piling your greens into your dish and drizzling with dressing. 

Then you will start by layering the apples, nuts, blackberries and grapes on top of the greens. 

Lay the stars down last, add more dressing, salt & pepper and some yummy honey!
