I love how all the classics are making a comeback but with a twist. This tasty cheese ball is super easy to put together and is such a fun addition to a charcuterie board. Just plop it down right in the middle of your plate and arrange your crackers, fruit, nuts, honey and jam around it for a delish appetizer. 

Retro Garlic and Chive Cheese Ball

Combine the cream cheese with the herb seasoning packet and the parmesan cheese in a medium sized bowl until it is all nicely creamed together and you can form a ball. 

Place the ball in a piece of plastic wrap and place in the fridge until you are ready to serve it. 

Remove the ball from the plastic wrap and roll it in shredded cheese. Serve the ball on a charcuterie board with the strawberries, crackers, dried fruit and honey and any other veggies, breads and dippers you like.
