Directions
Step 1
Follow my method for arranging your ingredients--> 1. Cheese and dishes 2. Meats 3. Fruits & Veggies 4. Yummy Goodness 5. Garnish & Take a pic
Step 2
Cheese and Dishes - Cut and style your cheeses on your wood board. Make sure to leave space in between each cheese and place the dishes near the cheese you want to pair it with. I like to slice my goat cheese or keep it whole with a spreader in it, crumbled the Bellavitano cheese, and then slice the gouda into rectangles or triangles and arrange them on your board

Step 3
Style the salami into roses using 3 slices of the large genoa salami and pop a toothpick through each one. Cut the Calabrese salami into the thinnest slices you can.

Columbus Genoa salami
Step 4
Fruits and Veggies - This board doesn't have them but if you chose to add them here is where you would do that. Slice up your smaller fruits and veggies like oranges, peppers, cucumbers,, strawberries and bunch grapes together on your board.
Step 5
Now is time to fill in the gaps with your nuts, chocolate and any dried fruits you may have. When I am making a smaller board like this vs. a grazing table I like to keep my crackers on the side.

Step 6
Garnish with any herbs or flowers, other dips and spreads or crackers and bread you like to eat with your cheeses and salamis.
