Ingredients
Large croissants
Pimento cheese (find a yummy recipe in my cookbook)
slice of pickle and sweet & spicy jalapeños
Sharp cheddar cheese slices
Cilantro
Homemade Herb Ranch for a little drizzle of goodness
Melted butter

Directions
Step 1
ASSEMBLE THE CROISSANTS: Cut into the croissants but not all the way through to create a pocket.
Step 2
Add the pimento cheese, pickles, jalapeños, sharp cheddar and cilantro.
Step 3
Brush on a little melted butter and a sprinkle of your favorite sea salt and bake them on a sheet pan at 375 for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is lightly melted and the croissants are lightly toasted.
