Ok so the tinier one is this delicious SMOKY “Briette”Cheese - it’s this double cream cow’s milk cheese that has a nice straight-forward smoky flavor and creamy texture I love. I topped that one with a little chopped garlic and some dried herbs I get from a local Oregon company @durant_oregon and vanilla-cinnamon honey from @naturacentric 🍯🌿 The traditional brie wheel is topped with @kellysjellyoregon Habanero jelly, honey & salt/pepper 👩🏼‍🍳

Ingredients

Briette cheese wheel

8 oz brie wheel

1 lb pizza dough

2 tablespoons melted butter

Pepper jelly

2 tsp chopped garlic

olive oil

Dried herbs

Directions

Step 1

Simply place the pizza dough rolls around the Brie wheels, drizzle with oil or brush with butter (my daughter was helping today so I went for the quick oil drizzle 👩‍👧‍👧) and then BAKE at 400 for 30-40 minutes or until the rolls are browned up and the cheese is warmed through and melty
