Loaded Vegetarian Friendly Queso

3 tbsp • flour

3 tbsp • butter

2 cups • shredded cheeses

½ cup • your favorite nacho cheese dip

Directions

Step 1

Prepare your queso using a simple combo of milk and flour combined with sharp & mild cheddar cheeses & a bit of nacho cheese from the jar!

Step 2

Load up your dip with sautéed mushrooms, peppers and onions plus a nice spicy little kick from fresh jalapeño!
