1 head butter lettuce, cleaned and leaves separated
1 - 2 nectarines, sliced thin
1 - 2 avocados, sliced thin
4 oz turkey breast, sliced or roughly chopped
¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup white vinegar
¼ cup lemon juice
2 tsp sea salt
2 T hibiscus flower honey, I like Naturacentric
Round wooden plate or medium sized platter
Wash the butter lettuce and tear the leaves off the stem or cut and place them on the platter or large plate you plan to serve this salad on.
Prepare the dressing by combining the olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, hibiscus flower honey, and sea salt in a mason jar and shake. Set aside.
Chop the turkey, slice the avocado and nectarines and place them on the salad. Top with a sprinkle of the shredded parmesan cheese and drizzle the dressing on top.
