Instructions for Guacamole:
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, mash the scooped-out avocado until you achieve your desired level of smoothness (some people prefer it chunky, while others like it completely smooth).
Step 3
Add the finely diced sweet onion and diced cilantro to the mashed avocado.
Step 4
Squeeze the juice of 2 limes into the mixture to add a tangy flavor. Adjust the amount of lime juice to taste.
Step 5
Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of sea salt into the mixture and stir everything together until well combined. Taste and adjust the salt if needed.
Step 6
Once your guacamole is ready, set it aside while you prepare the witch face styling.
Step 7
Witch Face Styling:
Step 8
Start by transferring the guacamole to a large serving platter, shaping it into an oval for the witch's face.
Step 9
Place the orange bell pepper slice at the top of the guacamole to create the witch's hat.
Step 10
Use the green olive half for the witch's left eye and the black olive half for the right eye.
Step 11
Take the prosciutto slices and twist one piece for the witch's lips and another for the nose. Place them accordingly on the guacamole.
Step 12
Arrange the yellow mini pepper triangles as the witch's teeth, and use the pepper rings to create her earrings.
Step 13
Arrange the blue corn chips as the witch's hat and place the bell pepper top as her little flower on her hat
Step 14
Place the pretzel chips around the edges of the guacamole for dipping as well as scattering and filling in the gaps with the pretzel balls
Step 15
Finally, place the fresh pea on the witch's chin or nose as a wart
Step 16
Your guacamole witch face is now ready to serve as a fun and spooky Halloween-themed appetizer. Enjoy!
