Adorn your tables with a gorgeous brie platter! While it looks fancy this platter is super easy to make and has a huge impact on your guests! Serve with honey, dried cranberries or cherries, plus bread and crackers on the side. 

Festive Brie Platter

Prepare a round platter with parchment paper. If you are using honey it is a good idea to use a piece of parchment paper to protect your boards and platters and easy, peasy cleanup!

Place your brie on the parchment paper and begin decorating it with your fresh fruit.. Start by adding the plums on one side of the brie adding them to the top of the brie and around the side leaving space in between the wedges.

Layer in the fresh raspberries in an aesthetically pleasing way. 

Pop in fresh mint and edible flowers around the raspberries and plums. 

Serve with honey, dried cranberries or cherries, plus bread and crackers on the side.
