Brightly colored garnishes and textures are what make platters and boards so eye-catching and beautiful. These pretty dried oranges are edible while also making for a lovely garnish on cheeses. 

Dried Oranges

Preheat the oven to 200°F. Spray a baking  sheet with cooking spray. 

Slice the oranges and arrange on the  baking sheet. Sprinkle lightly with the sugar,  if using.

Bake for 2 to 21/2 hours, turning occasionally  and checking frequently in the last hour. Store  in an airtight container for up to a week.
