Ingredients

16 oz cream cheese

8 oz imitation crab

8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated parmesan

1 cup Mayonnaise

1 cup sour cream

Chopped Scallions

Chopped Cilantro

Sweet chili sauce

Garlic chive salt

Minced garlic

1 T Worcester sauce or soy sauce

Oil for frying I used olive oil since it’s all I had

Wonton wrappers + salt for seasoning

Directions

Step 1

Combine the cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, imitation crab, grated parmesan cheese & 1/2 the mozzarella, scallions, cilantro & seasonings until creamy then spread into a baking dish top with more cheese.

Step 2

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes then broil for 5-10 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly on top.

Step 3

⏲️Crisp up a few wonton wrappers in oil then sprinkle with salt to create the perfect little chip for this yummy dip!

Step 4

Serve with sweet chili sauce.
