Step 1
Simply press cooked jasmine rice into a sheet pan then add the imitation crab salad you see me making in the video (recipe below hun). Then you will add your toppings like I used pickled ginger carrots instead of cucumber because honestly I don’t even like cukes 🥒🤪, avocado, pickled red onions, a sort of bbq sriracha sauce, and furikake + garlic chive salt

Serve it cold cut into squares with roasted seaweed sheets I find them in packs at Costco or Trader Joe’s lately 🍙
