Ingredients
1 lb Salted Butter
1 tbsp Organic Tomato Paste
Splash of pickle juice
3 - 4 cornichon pickles for the stem
Fresh Mint
Soft French bread
Directions
Step 1
Soften your butter to room temperature
Step 2
Whip the butter then whip in the tomato paste and pickle juice
Step 3
Spread out onto a pretty white ceramic platter or a glass plate into a round pumpkin shape then add the little lines to make it look like a pumpkin ridges
Step 4
Add the pickles to the top to make it look like a stem and some fresh mint at the bottom to look like the pumpkin patch leaves
Step 5
Serve with your grazes!!!
