Ingredients
4 slices of french sourdough bread
Creme Fraiche
2 Hass avocados
Grape Tomatoes
Microgreens
Everything but the bagel seasoning
Butter
Fresh basil
Directions
Step 1
Toast your bread then smear with butter.
Step 2
Spread 1-2 tablespoons of creme fraiche on each slice
Step 3
Slice your avocados and place half on each toast
Step 4
Top with sliced grape tomatoes, the microgreens, EBTB seasoning, and the fresh basil leaves
