Ingredients

8 oz Fresh Oregon Blackberries (about 36 blackberries)

8 oz fresh Organic Raspberries (about 42 raspberries)

½ cup Dried cranberries

1 cup Swedish fish

24 Red vines

6 oz Taco Gouda, cubed

6 in Provolone cheese slices, cut half

30 - 40 crackers

1 slices large red apple, sliced into thin

Large rectangular board or platter or parchment paper to make this directly on your table or countertop

Directions

Step 1

Wash your berries by soaking them in water with a bit of white vinegar then pat them dry with paper towels.

Step 2

Cut your cheeses into cubes and slice the provolone in half.

Step 3

Clean your apples well and slice them.

Step 4

Place the blackberries in the top left corner of the board first to anchor the entire creation

Step 5

Start placing your red and white ingredients on the board in rows to create the stripes. You should try to do 13 stripes if it will fit on your board.

Step 6

Using a star cookie cutter, cut stars into the provolone slices. Smaller cutter = smaller/more stars will fit and place them on top of the blackberries.

Step 7

Serve with red jelly and honey of your choice on the side.
