1 Durazno

1 Cda Aceite de Oliva

1 Cda de Azúcar Morena

Canela al gusto

Reducción Vinagre Balsamico al gusto

10 Hojas de Menta

1 tbsp Honey

Salt

1 Peach

1 tbsp Olive Oil

1 tbsp Brown Sugar

Cinnamon to taste

Balsamic Vinegar Reduction to taste

10 Mint Leaves

Step 1

Tuesta el pan con aceite de oliva.

Step 2

Combina la ricotta con miel y sal.

Step 3

Pica duraznos mezcla en un bol con aceite de oliva, azúcar morena y canela.

Step 4

En un sarten cocina los duraznos 3 minutos de cada lado.

Step 5

Para armar unta la ricotta con miel en el pan tostado, coloca duraznos, baña con una reducción de vinagre balsamico y termina con hojitas de menta.
