150 gr New York Strip

1 Cda Mayonesa

1 Cdita Mostaza Dijon

2 Toques Salsa Inglesa

Sal y Pimienta al gusto

1 Cda Shalot o Cebolla Morada

1 Cdita Cornichons o Pepinillos

1 Cdita Alcaparras

1 Cdita Cebollín Chino

1 Cdita Perejil

1 Yema de Huevo

150 gr New York Strip

1 tbsp Mayonnaise

1 tsp Dijon Mustard

2 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 tbsp Shallot or Red Onion

1 tsp Cornichons or Pickles

1 tsp Capers

1 tsp Chives

1 tsp Parsley

1 Egg Yolk

Step 1

Para la salsa mezcla en un bol mayonesa, mostaza, salsa inglesa, sal y pimienta

Step 2

Agrega shalot, pepinillos, alcaparras, cebollín chino y perejil bien picado.

Step 3

Corta la carne cruda en pedazos pequeños.

Step 4

Agregala a la salsa previamente hecha.

Step 5

Con la ayuda de un molde circular arma el tartar.

Step 6

Agrega la yema de huevo cruda, sal y decora con cebollín chino.

For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Step 2

Add shallot, pickles, capers, Chinese chives and finely chopped parsley.

Step 3

Cut the raw meat into small pieces.

Step 4

Add it to the previously made sauce.

Step 5

With the help of a circular mold, shape the tartar.

Step 6

Add the raw egg yolk, salt and garnish with Chinese chives.
