Carne (Flat Iron)

1 Cda Grasa de Tocineta

Sal y Pimienta la gusto

1 Cda Mantequilla

1 Diente Ajo

Champiñones al gusto

2 Cdas Aceite de Oliva

¼ Taza Brandy

½ Taza Crema de Leche

1 Cdta Mostaza Dijon

1 Cda Perejil

1 tbsp Bacon Fat

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 tbsp Butter

1 Garlic Clove

Mushrooms to taste

2 tbsp Olive Oil

¼ cup Brandy

½ cup Cream

1 tsp Dijon Mustard

1 tbsp Parsley

Step 1

En una sartén con grasa de tocineta coloca la carne sazonada con sal, pimienta y cocina al punto de tu preferencia.

Step 2

Para la salsa agrega en el mismo sartén mantequilla, ajo picado y sofrie.

Step 3

Incorpora champiñones picados, aceite de oliva y sofrie.

Step 4

Agrega el brandy y flambea.

Step 5

Una vez reducido completamente el fuego agrega crema de leche, mostaza dijon, perejil y mezcla.

Step 6

Sirve la salsa sobre la carne y decora con perejil.

Serve the sauce over the meat and garnish with parsley.
