1 tbsp Ground Coffee

1 tbsp Brown Sugar

1 tbsp Smoked Paprika

1 tbsp Salt

1 tbsp Oregano

½ tbsp Garlic Powder

½ tbsp Onion Powder

½ tbsp Black Pepper

½ tbsp Chili Flakes (Optional)

Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil

For the Cheese Sauce

1 lb American Cheese

¾ cup of Whole Milk

Hot Sauce to taste
