Step 1

Condimenta la carne con sal y pimienta. En un sartén cocina la carne al punto de tu preferencia. Luego picala en tiras.

Tuesta el pan por ambos lados con aceite de oliva.

Step 3

En un sartén coloca aceite de oliva, cebolla, jalapeños, ajo y tomates. Sofríe, agrega sal y pimienta.

Step 4

Desglasa con vinagre y cocina a fuego bajo por 10 minutos.

Step 5

Para la salsa combina mayonesa y mostaza.

Step 6

Arma el sandwich con pan, salsa, lechuga, carne, vegetales, pan y salsa.
