Ingredients

6 Huevos

1 ½ Tazas Leche en Polvo

1 ½ Tazas Azúcar

1 ½ Tazas Agua

1 Cda Vainilla

Ron al gusto

6 Eggs

1 ½ cup Powdered Milk

1 ½ cup Sugar

1 ½ cup Water

1 tbsp Vanilla

Rum to taste

Step 1

En un molde redondo coloca azúcar a fuego medio bajo hasta que se forme el caramelo, con mucho cuidado mueve el molde hasta cubrir completamente todas las superficies.

Step 2

Coloca todos los ingredientes en una licuadora. Licua por 1 minuto.

Step 3

Vierte la mezcla en el molde con caramelo.

Step 4

Hornea en baño maria a 350°F o 180°C por 70 minutos. Apaga el horno y deja enfriar el quesillo dentro del horno.

Step 5

TIP: Si quieres que el quesillo te quede con huequitos licualo solamente de 10-15 segundos. Para el caramelo NO agregar agua y NO revolver. Importante siempre precalentar el horno.

In a round mold, place sugar over medium-low heat until caramel forms, carefully move the mold to completely cover all surfaces.

Step 2

Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend for 1 minute.

Step 3

Pour the mixture into the mold with caramel.

Step 4

Bake in a water bath at 350°F or 180°C for 70 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the custard cool inside the oven.

Step 5

TIP: If you want your custard to have little holes, blend it only for 10-15 seconds. For the caramel, DO NOT add water and DO NOT stir. It's important to always preheat the oven.
