400 gr Pan Viejo

6 Huevos

1 Taza Azúcar

1 Cda Vainilla

1 Cerveza Negra (12oz /331ml)

2 Tazas Crema de Leche

1 Taza Chispas Chocolate

400 gr Old Bread

6 Eggs

1 cup Sugar

1 tbsp Vanilla

1 Dark Beer (12oz /331ml)

2 cup Cream

1 cup Chocolate Chips

Step 1

En un bol mezcla huevos y azúcar.

Step 2

Agrega vainilla, cerveza, crema de leche y mezcla.

Step 3

Corta el pan en cuadros.

Step 4

Agrega pan y chispas de chocolate a la mezcla previamente hecha. Remoja por 20 minutos.

Step 5

Sirve en moldes de muffin con papel encerado y hornea 350°F o 180°C por 45 -55 minutos.

Step 6

Espolvorea azucar glass y disfruta.

In a bowl, mix eggs and sugar.

Add vanilla, beer, and cream and mix.

Step 3

Cut the bread into squares.

Step 4

Add bread and chocolate chips to the previously made mixture. Soak for 20 minutes.

Step 5

Serve in muffin molds with wax paper and bake at 350°F or 180°C for 45 -55 minutes.

Step 6

Sprinkle powdered sugar and enjoy.
