2 Cdas Mayonesa

1 Cda Ketchup

1 Cda Mostaza

½ Cdta Salsa Inglesa

Special Sauce

Garlic Powder

Sugar

Salt and Pepper

For the Special Sauce

2 tbsp Mayonnaise

1 tbsp Ketchup

1 tbsp Mustard

½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Step 1

Muele la carne, sazona con ajo en polvo, sal, pimienta y cocina hasta dorar.

Step 2

Corta cebolla en juliana

Step 3

En un sartén agrega aceite de oliva, cebollas en julianas, sal, pimienta, azúcar y cocina hasta caramelizar.

Step 4

Para la salsa especial agrega en un bol mayonesa, ketchup, mostaza, salsa inglesa y mezcla.

Step 5

Unta mayonesa o mantequilla en el pan y tuesta por ambos lados.

Step 6

Arma el sandwich con pan, salsa especial, queso gouda rallado, carne molida, cebollas caramelizadas, salsa especial y pan.

Step 7

Tuesta por ambos lados y disfruta.
