250 g Pasta Corta

400 g Carne Molida

1 Cebolla Pequena

1 Lata de Tomate Entero (520g)

3 - 4 Dientes de Ajo

¼ Taza de Crema de Leche

¼ Taza de Queso Parmesano Rallado

2 Cdas Aceite de Oliva

Sal and gusto

1 Cdta Oregano

½ Cdta Hojuelas de chile (Opcional)

Perejil al gusto

250 g Short Pasta

400 g Ground Meat

1 Small Onion

1 can of Whole Tomatoes (520g)

3 - 4 Garlic Cloves

¼ cup of Cream

¼ cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese

2 tbsp Olive Oil

Salt to taste

1 tsp Oregano

½ tsp Chili Flakes (Optional)

Parsley to taste

Step 1

En una sartén con aceite de oliva sofríe la cebolla, carne y sazona con sal, oregano y hojielas de chile.

Step 2

Una vez cocido agrega el ajo picado y cocina por 1 minuto.

Step 3

Agrega los Tomates ya licuados, cocina por 10 minutos.

Step 4

Agrega la crema y cocina por 5 minutos.

Step 5

Agrega la pasta al dente.

Step 6

Agrega el queso parmesano y mezcla todo.

Step 7

Termina con un poco mas de queso parmesano y perejil.

Step 1

In a pan with olive oil, sauté the onion, meat and season with salt, oregano and chili flakes.

Step 2

Once cooked, add the chopped garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Step 3

Add the blended tomatoes, cook for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Add the cream and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Add the al dente pasta.

Step 6

Add the Parmesan cheese and mix everything.

Step 7

Finish with a little more Parmesan cheese and parsley.
