Sal al gusto

1 Taza de Agua de Pasta

For the Parmesano Verde

100 g Queso Parmesano

20 g Albahaca Fresca

400 gr Cherry Tomatoes

200 gr Burrata Cheese

1 Garlic Clove

Olive Oil

Salt to taste

1 cup of Pasta Water

For the Green Parmesan

100 g Parmesan Cheese

20 g Fresh Basil

Step 1

En un sartén agrega aceite de oliva, ajo, tomates y sal. Sofríe por 10-12 minutos.

Step 2

Con la ayuda de una batidora licua el sofrito con la burrata.

Step 3

Coloca la salsa en el sartén, agrega la pasta, agua de pasta y mezcla.

Step 4

Para el parmesano verde en un procesador de alimentos agrega albahaca y parmesano en cuadros y tritura.

Sirve la pasta y termina con el parmesano verde.
