Queso Mozzarella

For the Empanizado

1 Taza Harina de Trigo

2 Huevos Batido

1 Taza Pan Rallado

Ham

Mozzarella Cheese

For the Breading

1 cup Wheat Flour

2 Beaten Eggs

1 cup Bread Crumbs

Directions

Step 1

Pica a la mitad la pieza de carne.

Step 2

Con un ablandador de carne golpeala hasta aplanar.

Step 3

Agrega sal y pimienta.

Step 4

En la mitad de la carne coloca queso mozzarella, jamón y dobla la carne.

Step 5

Pasa por harina de trigo, huevo y pan rallado.

Step 6

En un sartén de acero fríe a 350°F o 180°C por 4 minutos de cada lado o hasta dorar.

Cut the piece of meat in half.

Step 2

With a meat tenderizer, pound it until it's flat.

Step 3

Add salt and pepper.

Step 4

On one half of the meat, place mozzarella cheese, ham, and fold the meat.

Step 5

Coat it in wheat flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.

Step 6

In a steel pan, fry at 350°F or 180°C for 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
