1 Manzana

2 Zanahorias

1 Naranja (Jugo)

2 Centímetros Jengibre

1 Cda Vinagre de Manzana

¼ Cdta Curcuma

½ Taza Agua o Hielo

2 Carrots

1 Orange (Juice)

2 Centimeters Ginger

1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

¼ tsp Turmeric

½ cup Water or Ice

Step 1

En una licuadora agrega zanahoria y manzana en pedazos, jengibre, juego naranja, vinagre de manzana, curcuma y agua. Licua muy bien y sirve.

Step 2

Opcional puedes colar el jugo después de licuar.

In a blender, add carrot and apple pieces, ginger, orange juice, apple cider vinegar, turmeric, and water. Blend well and serve.
