2 Cdas Aceite Vegetal

2 Cdas Mantequilla sin Sal

2 Cdas Chalote o Cebolla picadas

1 Cdta Alcaparras Picadas

½ Taza Vino Blanco

¼ Taza Crema de Leche

1 Cdta Mostaza Dijon

2 Cdas Hierbas Frescas picadas (Perejil, Estragon, Sabio, Albahaca o Todas)

Sal y Pimienta al gusto

2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

2 tbsp Unsalted Butter

2 tbsp Chopped Shallot or Onion

1 tsp Chopped Capers

½ cup White Wine

¼ cup Cream

1 tsp Dijon Mustard

2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Herbs (Parsley, Tarragon, Sage, Basil or All)

Salt and Pepper to taste

Step 1

Sazona la carne con sal, pimienta y cocina a fuego medio alto en un sartén con aceite hasta el termino de tu preferencia.

Step 2

Seca el exceso de aceite. Agrega mantequilla, cebolla, alcaparras y sofríe.

Step 3

Incorpora vino y reduce.

Step 4

Agrega crema de leche, mostaza, hierbas y cocina por unos minutos.

Step 5

Para servir coloca la salsa en el plato, la carne picada y acompaña con papas fritas.

Step 1

Season the meat with salt, pepper and cook over medium high heat in a pan with oil until it's cooked to your preference.

Step 2

Drain the excess oil. Add butter, onion, capers and sauté.

Step 3

Incorporate wine and reduce.

Step 4

Add cream, mustard, herbs and cook for a few minutes.

Step 5

To serve, place the sauce on the plate, the chopped meat and accompany with french fries.
