1 Cda Cafe Molido

1 Cda Azúcar Morena

1 Cda Paprika Ahumada

1 Cda Sal

1 Cda de Oregano

½ Cda Ajo en Polvo

½ Cda Cebolla en Polvo

½ Cda Pimienta Negra

½ Cda Peperoncino (Opcional)

Aceite de Oliva o Aceite Vegetal

1 tbsp Ground Coffee

1 tbsp Brown Sugar

1 tbsp Smoked Paprika

1 tbsp Salt

1 tbsp Oregano

½ tbsp Garlic Powder

½ tbsp Onion Powder

½ tbsp Black Pepper

½ tbsp Hojuelas de chile (Optional)

Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil

Step 1

Muele el cafe y combina con el resto de especias.

Step 2

Con un toallin seca la carne.

Step 3

Coloca un poco de aceite sobre la carne.

Step 4

Agrega la mezcla de especias y cubre por todos lados.

Step 5

Pre-calienta el airfryer por 5 minutos.

Step 6

Cocina a 400°F o 200°C durante 5 minutos, voltea y cocina por 3 minutos mas.

Add the spice mixture and cover all sides.

Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes.
