Carne Ribeye

Taza Aceite de Oliva

Vinagre Balsamico

1 Ramita Romero

Sal y Pimienta al gusto

For the Ajos Confitados

4 Cabezas de Ajo

1 Taza Aceite de Oliva

1 Ramita Romero

Ribeye Steak

⅓ cup Olive Oil

Balsamic Vinegar

1 sprig Rosemary

Salt and Pepper to taste

For the Confit Garlic

4 Garlic Heads

1 cup Olive Oil

1 sprig Rosemary

Step 1

Agrega todos los ingredientes del marinado en una bolsa hermética junto con la carne.

Step 2

Deja marinar por 2 horas.

Step 3

Cocina la carne en un sartén de parrilla a temperatura media alta hasta el termino de tu preferencia.

Step 4

Para los ajos confitados pela y agrega los ajos en una olla con aceite y romeno.

Step 5

Cocina de 7 a 10 minutos. Con la ayuda de una cuchara saca los ajos.

En un plato aplasta ajos, agrega aceite, sal, pimienta y la carne picada.

Add all the marinade ingredients into a sealable bag along with the meat.

Step 2

Let it marinate for 2 hours.

Step 3

Cook the meat in a grill pan over medium-high heat to your preferred doneness.

Step 4

For the confit garlic, peel and add the garlic to a pot with oil and rosemary.

Step 5

Cook for 7 to 10 minutes. With the help of a spoon, remove the garlic.

Step 6

On a plate, crush the garlic, add oil, salt, pepper, and the chopped meat.
