200 gr Spaghetti

2 Tazas Agua de Pasta

16 Pimienta Negra al gusto, Yo use gr

150 gr Queso Pecorino o Parmesano Rallado

200 gr Spaghetti

2 cup Pasta Water

16 Black Pepper to taste, I used gr

150 gr Grated Pecorino or Parmesan Cheese

Step 1

En un mortero muele la pimienta (también puedes usar pimienta pre-molida)

Step 2

Agrega la pimienta en un sartén y cocina hasta que suelte su aroma (sin quemar).

Step 3

Cocina la pasta por solo 5 minutos y reserva un poco del agua.

Step 4

Agrega agua de la pasta al sartén con pimienta y deja hervir.

Step 5

Incorpora la pasta al sartén y cocina por 4 minutos o hasta que este al dente.

Step 6

Agrega queso parmesano rallado en pequeñas porciones, revuelve y repite hasta conseguir una salsa cremosa.

Step 1

Grind the pepper in a mortar (you can also use pre-ground pepper)

Step 2

Add the pepper to a pan and cook until it releases its aroma (without burning).

Step 3

Cook the pasta for only 5 minutes and reserve some of the water.

Step 4

Add pasta water to the pan with pepper and bring to a boil.

Step 5

Incorporate the pasta into the pan and cook for 4 minutes or until it is al dente.

Step 6

Add grated Parmesan cheese in small portions, stir and repeat until you get a creamy sauce.
