1 Taza Arándanos o Moras congeladas

2 Cdas Yogurt Griego

1 Cda Mantequilla Mani o de Almendra

½ Cdta Linaza molida

½ Taza de Agua

1 Frozen Banana

1 cup Frozen Blueberries or Blackberries

2 tbsp Greek Yogurt

1 tbsp Peanut Butter or Almond Butter

½ tsp Ground Flaxseed

½ cup of Water

En una licuadora agrega banana congelada, arandanos congelados, yogurt, mantequilla de mani, linaza y agua. Licua y sirve.
