1 Cda Mantequilla

100 gr Pollo

75 gr Camarones

1 Diente de Ajo

1 25gr o Tira de Tocineta

Piña al gusto

2 Cdas Sofrito (Cebolla + Pimentón)

¼ Taza Edamame

1 Huevo

1 ½ Taza Arroz Frio

2 Cdas Salsa de Soya

2 Cdas Cebollín

1 Cda Cilantro

1 tbsp Butter

100 gr Chicken

75 gr Shrimp

1 Garlic Clove

1 25gr or Strip of Bacon

Pineapple to taste

2 tbsp Sofrito (Onion + Bell Pepper)

¼ cup Edamame

1 Egg

1 ½ cup Cold Rice

2 tbsp Soy Sauce

2 tbsp Green Onion

1 tbsp Cilantro

Step 1

En un wok de acero agrega mantequilla, pollo, camarones y ajo previamente picados, sazona con sal. Sofríe y aparta.

Step 2

En el mismo wok saltea tocineta, piña, pimentón, cebolla y edamame. Aparta y retira el exceso de grasa.

Step 3

Bate y cocina el huevo en aceite, una vez cocido incorpora el arroz y sofríe.

Step 4

Agrega el pollo y los camarones ya cocidos. Tambien la mezcla de vegetales y tocineta.

Step 5

Incorpora salsa de soya y cebollín, sofríe.

Step 6

Sirve y decora con cilantro.

Step 1

In a steel wok, add butter, chicken, shrimp, and previously chopped garlic, season with salt. Sauté and set aside.

Step 2

In the same wok, sauté bacon, pineapple, bell pepper, onion, and edamame. Set aside and remove excess fat.

Step 3

Beat and cook the egg in oil, once cooked incorporate the rice and sauté.

Step 4

Add the already cooked chicken and shrimp. Also the mixture of vegetables and bacon.

Step 5

Incorporate soy sauce and chives, sauté.

Step 6

Serve and garnish with cilantro.
