Ingredients

2 tsp dark soy sauce

1 tbsp regular soy sauce

1 tsp chicken bouillon

2 tbsp oyster sauce

2 ½ tsp brown sugar (or honey, or white sugar)

1 tbsp sesame oil

pinch a of black pepper and salt

2 packs udon noodles

oil for stir frying

2 handful any protein of choice, I used chopped chicken thighs and a of shrimp

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 onion sliced

veggies of choice

2 ½ inch green onions chopped into 1 pieces

salt and pepper to taste

2 tsp dark soy sauce

1 tbsp regular soy sauce

1 tsp chicken bouillon

2 tbsp oyster sauce

2 ½ tsp brown sugar (or honey, or white sugar)

1 tbsp sesame oil

2 packs udon noodles

oil for stir frying

2 handful any protein of choice, I used chopped chicken thighs and a of shrimp

3 handful veggies of choice (I used carrots and a of baby bok)

2 ½ inch green onions chopped into 1 pieces

salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

Mix together all sauce ingredients and set aside

2 tsp dark soy sauce

1 tbsp regular soy sauce

Cook udon noodles to package instructions (boil for ~3mins and then drain). Add a tsp of oil and mix to prevent sticking!

Prep all components

2 handful any protein of choice, I used chopped chicken thighs and a of shrimp

1 onion sliced

veggies of choice

2 ½ inch green onions chopped into 1 pieces

salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp chicken bouillon

Step 4

In a hot pan, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant, then add carrots. Cook until they start to soften then add bok choy, green onions, and once cooked remove from pan.

Cook your protein (season with S&P before cooking), and once cooked add the veggies and noodles back in.

Step 6

Add the sauce and toss to combine! Season to taste.

Serve with sesame seeds and more green onions to garnish
