Ingredients

shrimp (as much as you want), chopped into chunks

1 lb pork

5 cloves minced garlic

½ chopped chives

3 minced ginger

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 ½ tbsp sugar

1 tbsp chicken bouillon

1 tbsp pepper

2 tbsp fish sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp mirin

wonton wrappers

for the assembling

Wonton noodles

Blanched greens

Cooked shrimp

Cooked squid (I used flower cut squid!)

Chili oil

Directions

Step 1

Mix all the fillings, you can test the taste by microwaving a small tbsp in the microwave until cooked!

1 tbsp pepper

2 tbsp fish sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp mirin

Step 2

Fill the wonton wrappers by placing the wrapper on a flat surface, dipping your finger into a bowl of water and lining the edge of the wrapper (only 2 edges), and folding the wrapper on top of the meat and sealing it with the other side (watch video for reference!)

Step 3

Boil for 3-4 mins until they float and cook through

Step 4

Serve with components and enjoy!
