Combine almond flour, oat flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add maple syrup, unsweetened almond milk, flax egg, unsweetened apple sauce, and almond extract or vanilla extract. Mix until combined.

Bake at 350F for 16-18 minutes.

Let cool in pan for 10 minutes. Transfer tona wire rack and let cool for another 10-15 minutes.

For the Chocolate frosting:

Combine vegan chocolate chips, coconut oil, and plant milk and melt until smooth.
