Steak marinade:

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp Worcestershire

1 tbsp sweetener of choice

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

Other Salad Ingredients:

½ head lettuce, chopped
c
½ cucumber, diced

2 Roma tomatoes, diced
c
½ cup crumbled feta

½ red bell pepper, diced

4 pepperoncinis, finely chopped

2 tbsp pickled red onion, finely chopped

Dressing:
o
2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp lemon juice
o
1 tbsp oregano

1 tbsp parsley

1 tsp salt

½ tsp pepper
Directions

Combine marinade ingredients and marinate steak 1-4 hrs

Grill to your desired doneness (I did 3 minutes per side)

Once your steak has rested chop into bite size pieces

Spread your lettuce out on a platter. Layer staring with the largest ingredients in the middle and working your way out.

Combine dressing ingredients and add to salad.
