1 beet, peeled and cubed
6 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 can chickpeas, peeled
⅓ cup tahini
½ juice of lemon,
1 tsp salt

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Step 2
Place beet and garlic on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil

Bake for 30-45 minutes or until fork tender

Add chickpeas, tahini, beets, garlic, lemon juice, and salt to a food processor and blend until creamy
