Baked Brie

Add sliced baguette to a pan, drizzle with olive oil and flaky salt. Broil for about 2-3 minutes each side. Set aside once toasted. 

Score Supreme Brie using a knife and set in a baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix together pistachios, honey, red pepper flakes, and thyme.

Scoop pistachio mixture on tops of brie and drizzle each with olive oil and 2 tbsp of honey. Garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme. 

Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melty. Let sit for 3-5 minutes.
