Red Pepper Cajun Elotes

Once Corn is removed from Packaging/Husk wash it under warm water.

Placed corn in a boiling pot and allow it to boil with 1 tablespoon of salt for 15 Minutes.

While Corn is boiling, finely chop your chili peppers, Jalapenos and set those to the side.

Once corn is done boiling remove it from the boiling pot and place it inside the cast iron skillet on low with a half stick of butter.

As corn start to sizzle, season corn with Black Pepper, Paprika, and  Parsley. While seasoning be sure to consistently roll corn over so it isn't burnt. Add Chopped jalapenos, chili peppers, and Minced Garlic.

Once Corn is slightly charred remove it from the skillet to a serving plate and top it with the grated parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
