New York Strip Tacos 

Thoroughly clean your NY Strip with warm water and damp dry. 

Wet the palm of your hands with olive oil and rub oil on both sides of the steak. Season the steak with sea salt, Black pepper, and Garlic Powder. 

To your blender you're going to add: 1 Cilantro Bunch, Chopped Garlic, 1/3 cup of jalapenos, chopped onion, 1/3 cup of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of sea-salt, 1 tablespoon of Crushed red pepper, and fresh lime juice from two limes. Blend until you have a smooth texture. 

Cast iron should be on Medium heat with olive oil inside the skillet. Place steak inside skillet and let each side cook for 7-8  minutes (Your preference may be different) which is okay. 

While steak is cooking add a few sliced white onions, sliced limes, and whole garlic gloves to enhance flavor. 

Remove Steak from the skillet and set aside. To the same skillet had a half stick of butter; once melted place your corn shells inside and sear those on both sides for three minutes on low heat. 

Remove corn shells, place them on a plate, add your steak meat to the shells, Chihuahua cheese, your blended mixture and enjoy!
