Mango Habanero Wings 

Place raw chicken into a bowl and Thoroughly clean chicken in Warm water, salt, and Apple cider vinegar.

Once wings are cleaned pat them dry and set aside for seasoning. Lightly season chicken wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika.

Chop up rainbow peppers, fresh mangos, fresh habaneros, jalapenos, and set aside.

Power Deep Fryer on or if not using a deep fryer, place cooking oil into a nice size pot and turn the stove on Med/High. Take your chicken and place it inside the Ziploc bag with the flour.

To the Blender add all chopped ingredients: Mangos, Jalapenos, rainbow peppers, habaneros. Add 2 Tablespoons of roasted garlic paste,  1/2 cup of olive oil, and blend on high. Once well blended set aside.

Place chicken wings into the hot grease, once wings float to the top, and grease gets quiet place the wings on a safe dish and set aside. 

In a Medium Skillet on Low Heat, add a half stick of butter, cut two lemons in half and squeeze the juice inside the skillet, 1/2 cup of honey, 1/3 cup of the chili peppers in oil, and the mixture from the blender. once the sauce starts to boil, remove it from the stove and place it on top of the wings and enjoy!
