Fried Spicy Honey Wings

Thoroughly clean your chicken wings pat them dry and place them in a mixing bowl. 

To the wings add 2 Tablespoons of the following: Soy Sauce/Shaoxing Wine and Sesame Oil/ amounts can change depending on how many wings you have in your bowl. Mix a 1 cup of Flour and Cornstarch together and place those on the wings as well. Pop in your one egg and season the chicken with Garlic Powder and Black Pepper. 

Once everything in the bowl has been mixed well, Cover the bowl with Aluminum Foil and place in the refrigerator for 1hr.  

After wings has been in the Fridge for 30 minutes, Place your Frying pot on the stove on Medium Heat and allow the cooking oil to get hot. While waiting on cooking oil to heat, in a separate skillet on Low heat add a half stick of butter and allow it to melt. Once melted add 1 cup of your Jerk Sauce, 1/2 Cup of BBQ sauce and 1/2 cup of Honey to the skillet. Once you see the sauce boiling turn off and cover with foil until wings are done cooking. 

By this time the wings should have been marinated for a 1hr, remove them from the refrigerator and add 1/2 of cornstarch to the wings mix well and  drop them in the cooking oil. 

Allow wings to fry for 10-13 minutes, Once wings rise to the top of the pot, remove them and place them on baking rack and allow the cooking oil to drain. 

Remove from baking rack and place wings on a serving dish and pour the sauce in the skillet on top of the wings. Garnish with chopped green onions and enjoy!
